Mindfulness Defined:
- The quality or state of being conscious or aware of something.
- A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic
technique.
In meditations you are told to be aware of your feelings, thoughts, sounds and body sensations. But how do you become aware of though's, feelings, sounds and body sensations?
You can take up meditation and you can increase your sensitivity through Interactive Mindfulness.
Not enough can be said about the benefits of mindfulness. It is used by people of all kinds of fields to deal with stress, life improvement, and ways to view yourself.
